The Washunga Days Committee has been working throughout the cold winter months to provide an excellent festival in 2010. TinaRae Scott is Chairing the Committee again this year, and has brought together an excellent team of volunteers to create this year's festival line-up.
Washunga Days will be held on the 18th and 19th of June, Summer 2010. We will continue to have long-lasting traditions, such as the Parade, Arts & Crafts, Flea Market, Car Show and Food Vendors, and are introducing new opportunities, like a Fun Run/Walk and new entertainment.
We are excited to share all of this with you at no admission cost! The Washunga Days Committee recognized the difficult economic climate we are all a part of, and has worked to alleviate that burden; there are a few events with an external cost assocaited with them, but by and large, the festival is a free festival this year.
