Council Grove Senior Center, in partnership with K-State’s Walk Kansas, brings you Fresh Conversations’ “WALK WITH EASE.” This is a nutrition class, held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, following lunch at 12:00pm, for 6 consecutive weeks. March Conversations begin Tuesday, March 12, 2024.

About the event
After lunch is served, Laura Canady with K-State's Research and Extension Office will teach us about different foods and how they can help us. A recipe with a sample will be shared. The first class will cover eye-healthy foods, and we will get to try a tasty cabbage and carrot soup.
Following the class, we will take a 30 minute walk in Historic Council Grove. Participants can use these walks for points with Walk Kansas!
People of all ages are welcome and encouraged to attend!
