COUNCIL GROVE
Delighting ghosts and goblins alike, annually for 78 years, our Council Grove Halloween Costume Parade is a Flint Hills tradition, loved by visitors and locals alike.
In 2022 our parade boasted more than 500 costumed kids and adults. This family-friendly event, led by our Council Grove Trail Trolley, is good, clean Halloween fun for all ages.

for our 78th Annual Halloween Parade!
The festivities happen on Halloween. This year we have business Trick or Treating down Main Street, our Council Grove Recreation Department’s Halloween Glow Egg Hunt, and a kids and families costume contest with professional photography courtesy of SisterAct Photography!
