Wow, what an absolute blast this Memorial Day weekend looks set to be in Council Grove! The Cottonwood 200 cyclists arriving with their welcome bags full of local goodies has me grinning—nothing like pedaling through those gorgeous Flint Hills trails, grabbing free trolley rides, and diving into ribbon cuttings at The Apothecary and Knuckle Sandwiches. Food trucks, Hays House crab specials, Messy Bessie's Marina pop-up, and trivia at The Old English Inn? Sign me up for that bananas-level fun!
